Rosemary, easy to grow and enhances memory and cognition

I love to grow Rosemary in my garden, as a plant or as a hedge and I find it is my most beloved and used herb. It is a deliciously fragrant evergreen herb celebrated for its delicious, pungent flavour as well as its ability to stave off headaches and improve brain function.

Rosemary is rich in antioxidants and the anti inflammatory compound, Rosmarinic Acid, which has been shown to protect nerves and prevent neurodegenration. It is also a great digestive and improves memory and circulation in the brain.

I often pick it to make a table center piece and at least 3 times a week I add sprigs of Rosemary to my roasting vegetables, potatoes and pasta and I make a powerful Memory Boost Tea.
